Melting Tank

The melting tanks are devices made of stainless steel, designed to heat the waxes and cosmetic pastes and bring them to the viscosity level necessary for dosing.

The increase in temperature is obtained by heating diathermic oil, and the entire structure is insulated so as to guarantee constant maintenance of a uniform temperature; internal stirrers operate continuously to maintain the viscosity level required for processing.

All processing parameters, from the temperature to the action of the agitators, are completely controlled by an external PLC panel, inserted in the stainless steel electrical panel.

The panel has a highly intuitive touch-screen interface, and the parameters can, therefore, be adjusted by the operator with extreme simplicity. On request, the melting tank can be mounted both on fixed bases and on castors equipped with wheels, to allow them to be moved on multiple machines based on production needs.
