Pre-Heating Systems

In the casting of cosmetic products, it is very important to avoid the thermal shock deriving from the contact between a hot cosmetic paste and a cold mold, which would lead to a poor yield of the finished product.

To overcome this problem, preheating systems are used, such as lamps and air blowers, which ensure that at the time of contact molds and containers have a suitable temperature to accommodate the cast product without cooling it abruptly.

All preheating systems can be programmed by the operator in all their fundamental parameters, simply by acting on the integrated control panels that regulate their operation, so as to adapt to the specific production needs of each individual company.
