Milling Machines For Castings

Liners for cast cosmetic products are devices that carry out the molding and give a particular texture to the surface of the packaged product, through the passage of special canvases.

With an aluminum worktop and stainless steel structure, these machines feature multi-station rotary tables for optimized processing time, and automatically manage the unwinding and winding of the cloths; the moving parts are placed behind special protections in aluminum and plexiglass, equipped with safety microswitches.

The pressure at height of the fabric punch is adjustable, as well as the required drawing time; the control panel with a touch-screen is placed on a mobile column on the front of the machine, while the electrical panel is positioned inside the structure.
